Quality of work was great. I am very happy with the site. The timing was off significantly, though and the the communication in the beginning could have been better to let me know we would miss the date. Tony is a smart guy with plenty of experience under his belt who is quick to understand things and acts accordingly without wasting time on asking useless questions. I would have given 5/5 on all counts but the start of our contract I felt he could have been more focused - like he is now! He did fantastic work and helped in a few critical moments where I think many developers would fail or take too much time to figure out what is going on. I also like the fact that Tony is a fast developer and has never told me or complained that something is difficult or impossible to do/implement. He has a few tricks up his sleeve which do come handy and saved me a lot of time! He is stand up guy on whom you can rely and the fact that I hired him for a 2nd month is a testament to that!
